Service was founded in 1993 by its Managing Director with the multiannual experience gained (since 1987) whilst employed within a multinational financial corporation, the first in Italy, to specialize in the managing of outside collection. Thanks to the dedication and professionalism of its founder, C.R. Service transforms in a short time, from a small business into a well structured company operating throughout the Italian territory in the extrajudicial credit recovery industry. The steady and progressive upgrading of the structure, based on the leading-edge of technology, in addition to meticulous attention to training and professionalism of its resources, has led to the consolidation of a leading company in the industry.
From the 1st January 2022 CR Service became part of Axactor, a multinational Group active in credit management with operating platforms in six European countries.
Founded in 2015, Axactor is today one of the top 10 European debt management operators.
